• Minors are not permitted to use matrimonial search, matching, Interest, Chat, Wallet, Membership or other matrimonial services.
• Users must provide truthful and accurate age/date-of-birth information.

Parental or guardian permission does not make a minor eligible to use JivanSangini.com's matrimonial services.

Any account reasonably suspected to belong to a minor may be restricted, suspended or removed.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

JivanSangini.com strictly prohibits any activity involving the sexual abuse, exploitation or inappropriate targeting of children.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Sexual solicitation of a minor
• Grooming or manipulation of a minor

• Grooming or inappropriate behaviour is occurring; or
• A child may be at risk.

6. Handling of Safety Reports

• Reviewing the reported profile or activity
• Restricting the account
• Disabling communication
• Removing a profile
• Removing prohibited content
• Suspending the account
• Permanently terminating the account
• Preserving relevant information where appropriate
• Taking additional safety measures
• Cooperating with competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law

Where there is a serious or immediate safety concern, action may be taken without prior notice.

7. Age & Account Safety Measures

JivanSangini.com may use reasonable measures to maintain its 18+ platform, including:

• Age-related validation
• Profile review
• User reporting
• Account verification where appropriate

8. MatchMaker Responsibilities

MatchMakers using JivanSangini.com must comply with this Policy. A MatchMaker must:

• Never create a matrimonial profile for a minor
• Never knowingly provide false age information
• Never facilitate inappropriate contact involving minors
• Never use the platform to target or exploit children
• Immediately report suspected child-safety violations

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or permanent termination of MatchMaker access.

9. Parents & Guardians

JivanSangini.com is not a matrimonial service for children.

Parents and guardians must not create or operate matrimonial profiles for persons below 18 years of age.
